Lead High-Availability & Cross-System Integration: Engineer and govern scalable data and application architectures integrating multiple complex systems, leveraging MSSQL AlwaysOn, Oracle RAC, and Data Guard to ensure maximum uptime and minimal latency. Drive Design, Modeling, & Gap Analysis: Facilitate high-level technical design sessions and execute end-to-end ecosystem gap analyses with cross-functional teams and vendors, translating complex business needs into relational/dimensional data models. Harden Database Security & Governance: Establish and manage stringent database access governance frameworks and coordinate multi-team vulnerability remediation, providing deep technical guidance on feasibility and risk mitigation. Direct Multi-Platform Database Administration: Oversee the lifecycle and full-stack administration of diverse database technologies—including MSSQL (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB—while optimizing highly complex SQL queries. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Advanced proficiency in networking topology and infrastructure design, including deep familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, DNS, and secure load balancing. Proven track record of managing competing priorities across concurrent enterprise-scale migration or deployment projects within strict timelines.
