Senior Designer, Brand Identity - Temporary Worker

Job Description: - 8/03 – 09/30 – possibility to extend - Remote, West Coast preferred - W2 on dentsu payroll only - Must be US-based - Must be a hands-on designer with strong conceptualization skills and experience using AI tools. We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Designer at dentsu, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative solutions across various media platforms. You'll collaborate with our team of talented professionals to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives . This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Accountabilities Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Produce high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral. Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into comprehensive marketing campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadline while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in advertising or agency setting Additional Information At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote , depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The annual salary range for this position is $ 111,780 .00 - $ 149,040 . 0 0. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
