Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – Salesforce Platform with 7–10 years of overall experience , including at least 4+ years of Salesforce release engineering experience .The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning CI/CD pipeline architecture, Salesforce sandbox and branching strategies, release governance, automated testing, and deployment processes across Salesforce environments. The role will also involve introducing AI-assisted development and delivery tools to improve testing, code review, and deployment risk detection. Requirements 7–10 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of Salesforce release engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Metadata API deployments. Production experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps/deployment platform such as:Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Flosum Strong Git experience, including branching, pull-request gating, and conflict resolution in metadata-heavy repositories. Hands-on CI/CD experience with one or more platforms:Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) sufficient to troubleshoot deployment failures. Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Node.js. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and their impact on deployment and testing strategies.
