Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

About the Client Global IT distributor and solutions aggregator that connects technology vendors with resellers and system integrators. The company provides a broad portfolio of hardware, software, cloud solutions, and services, helping partners design, deploy, and manage IT solutions for their customers. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain CI/CD processes across Kubernetes and local VM-based environments Develop and support build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps Manage Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD and GitOps practices Perform regular security updates, patching, and maintenance activities across supported environments Participate in the software release process, including preparation, deployment, validation, and troubleshooting Work with Azure Cloud infrastructure and related services Automate infrastructure configuration and operational tasks using Ansible Develop automation and operational scripts using Bash and Python Create and maintain infrastructure and deployment configuration in YAML Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, infrastructure, container, and environment-related issues What You Bring Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.) Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes), with hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD/GitOps Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and configuration management (Ansible) Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Azure Monitor and Dynatrace Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar), with good knowledge of YAML Good understanding of Linux environments AI-Driven Development: Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or alternatives) Nice to have Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines Experience implementing DevSecOps practices Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.
