Your profile Professional experience : You have several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field. AWS expertise : You have strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure. Go experience : You have professional experience with Go (Golang), ideally for automation, platform tooling, or backend services. Distributed systems : You understand distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event streaming. Engineering excellence : You are experienced with automation, infrastructure as code, continuous delivery, observability, security, and reliability. Technical leadership : You can make sound architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs clearly Delivery mindset : You have experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex work incrementally.
