Senior Digital Designer (UI/UX, Brand & Video)

Admirise is a digital performance agency, and we keep winning new projects. We are restructuring our creative team and hiring one senior designer, based anywhere in Türkiye and working fully remotely, to own design production end-to-end: interfaces, brand identities, static visuals, and video.

We are looking for someone with a graphic design background who produces at an art director level. To be clear about the role, though: this is a maker position, not a director title. Strategy and process management stay with us. We are hiring the person who creates the work itself, at that level of craft, at agency speed.

• Design and modernize web interfaces (e-commerce, lead-based, and corporate style alike) and high-conversion landing pages in Figma
• Build brand identities from the ground up: logo design, brandbooks, and the visual systems that keep a brand consistent across every channel and format
• Produce campaign visuals, banner sets, and social media designs that hold a brand's language across all platforms
• Turn blog content into YouTube videos people watch to the end: edit in Premiere Pro, build motion and graphics in After Effects
• Run an AI-assisted production pipeline built on Claude (including Claude Design) and Higgsfield, while making sure nothing you ship looks AI-generated

• 7+ years of professional experience, rooted in graphic design: typography, grid systems, color, and visual hierarchy are your native language, and your craft stands at art director level even though your job is to produce, not to direct
• At least 5 of those years in an agency environment: you know how to deliver quality under deadline pressure, switch between several client brands in the same week, and take critique without slowing down
• Based in Türkiye and available for full-time remote work. Production work and internal meetings run on Berlin business hours (CET). A large share of our clients are in the United States, so we ask for one thing beyond that: stay reachable until 21:30 German time for short replies to client questions and feedback. This is about responsiveness, not extra production hours; heavy work does not move into the evening
• Expert-level Figma
• Strong Adobe skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. After Effects matters to us. We need real motion design and editing ability, not template swaps
• Confident editing in Adobe Premiere Pro: you can take a YouTube video from raw material to final export on your own, with clean pacing, sound, and titles. We are not looking for a career video editor, but simple mobile-app assembly is not enough for this role
• Hands-on production experience with AI tools, ideally the Claude + Higgsfield combination, paired with the taste and judgment to keep the output original
• Experience producing video from script and storyboard through final edit
• Professional working proficiency in English (this is a requirement for the role)
• Full commitment. We are looking for someone fully engaged with our agency and our clients, not managing a parallel freelance workload

• A portfolio where the AI-assisted work is indistinguishable from fully handcrafted work
• Proof of speed: campaigns or video series delivered on tight agency timelines
• Brand identity projects you carried from first sketch to published brandbook

You will work alongside our AI-focused content producer and report directly to agency leadership. We handle client relationships and process together. Your execution quality and pace are your own, and every project carries your signature. Your workday follows Berlin business hours; since many of our clients are American, we keep a light responsiveness window until 21:00 CET for quick answers to their questions.
