Job Description Senior Digital Insurance Solution Manager (INSTANDA) Your Tasks Close collaboration with Underwriting Managers and business units in the conception of digital insurance products Translation of underwriting logic, product structures, and business rules into digital solution concepts on INSTANDA Act as a sparring partner for Underwriting and distribution‑related stakeholders Facilitate workshops, solution sessions, demos, and reviews Support stakeholders in understanding digital possibilities, best practices, and solution patterns Support digital products from initial idea and prototype through to productive use Continuously improve and further develop existing digital solutions Create reusable product and solution templates to support scalability Reduce complexity and manual effort for Underwriting teams Close cooperation with IT, engineering, and platform teams Contribution of business and product perspectives to the further development of the INSTANDA usage Your Profile Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry , ideally with proximity to Underwriting, product, or solution design Solid understanding of insurance products and underwriting processes Experience working with digital platforms or low‑code solutions (INSTANDA experience is a plus, but not required) High degree of independence, ownership, and solution orientation Confidence in working with international and senior stakeholders Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
