Quick Facts • Senior Digital Marketing Specialist — Paid Media / Performance Marketing • ₱120,000/month • 100% Work From Home • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT (1-hour unpaid break) • Full-time contractor engagement • In-house Offshore 24/7 role — a direct engagement, not a client placement Offshore 24/7 is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in-house and own our own paid acquisition marketing — Google Ads and Meta Ads, strategy through to reporting, with a direct line to our CEO. We're a Philippines-based offshore staffing company that places Filipino professionals with Australian businesses, and we need someone who can run our own performance marketing end-to-end: strategy, budget allocation, execution, optimisation and reporting. This is a senior, largely autonomous role. You'll be our day-to-day paid media authority — not someone executing someone else's brief — with real ownership of the budget and the numbers behind it. What you'll do • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads, with room to extend into LinkedIn, TikTok or programmatic as it makes sense • Own monthly ad budget allocation across channels and campaigns, accountable for CPA, ROAS and lead-volume targets • Build and maintain our tracking infrastructure — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM conventions — and keep it accurate • Run structured A/B tests across ad creative, copy, audiences and landing pages • Turn campaign data into clear, executive-ready reports and next-step recommendations, reporting directly to our CEO • Stay ahead of platform shifts — privacy changes, AI-driven bidding, new ad formats — and proactively flag opportunities or risks • Contribute to SEO fundamentals and creative production (design/video editing) where our content and paid work overlap — genuine strength here is a real bonus, not a precondition Requirements • At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years specifically focused on paid media/performance marketing • Prior experience working with an Australian, US or UK client, business or account — either directly or through an agency/offshore setup • Hands-on experience managing live campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus at least one reporting/BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar) • Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable owning communication independently Preferred • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — on-page optimisation, technical basics, keyword research • Hands-on graphic design and/or video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro) • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification • Experience specifically promoting an offshore BPO or staffing brand • Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Zoho or similar) Benefits Offshore 24/7 has been placing Filipino professionals with Australian businesses since 2008 — over 500 professionals placed, a 4.9/5 rating on Glassdoor and 5.0 on Google.
