Senior Digital Project Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager who enjoys combining consulting, solution design, project leadership, and long-term customer success.

Your Role

As the trusted advisor for our strategic customers, you will lead complex digital transformation projects from the first discovery workshop through implementation and continuous platform evolution. You will bridge business strategy and technology, working closely with customers, consultants, product management, designers, and software engineers to deliver outstanding digital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery workshops and define digital solution strategies with enterprise customers.
• Translate business objectives into scalable solution concepts and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage complex digital projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, design, development, and product management.
• Drive agile delivery, manage priorities, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Budget ownership, revenue tracking, and capacity/utilization management for billable project teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and become their strategic advisor.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and continuously improve digital platforms.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality.

What You'll Bring

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing complex digital or SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in consulting, digital agencies, or software companies.
• Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, web technologies, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development.

Skills

• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, web architectures, and software development processes.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual French.
• Fluent English.
