Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing specializing in the direct-to-consumer space. In this role, you will oversee growth marketing efforts, develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, and identify high-impact channels and campaigns to scale revenue.

You will lead performance marketing initiatives, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. Additionally, you will pioneer creative growth strategies, analyze performance data, and recommend actionable insights to continue expanding the reach of the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in GTM, Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking
• Strategic thinking with a strong data-driven approach to marketing optimization
• Proficiency with analytics tools, paid media platforms, and performance tracking methodologies
• Experience in managing budgets, scaling marketing operations, and achieving measurable results
• Leadership and team management skills to guide a high-performing marketing team
• Experience in a DTC and Performance marketing environment is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
