What You'll do: - Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements to ensure alignment with business needs; - Configure, customize, and parameterize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service; - Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems; - Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing; - Provide guidance on best practices, architecture, and solution design within the project team; - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables meet business objectives; - Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: - Minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation projects; - Proven expertise with the Field Service module; - Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse); - Proficiency in developing and configuring JavaScript and C# plugins; - University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (preferred); - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service) certifications (valued); - Portuguese Native; - Good level of English (spoken and written); - Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is a plus; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
