Job Summary Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional with 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end technical delivery, solution design, and consulting engagements. Strong background in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM/ERP, .NET, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), SQL, and API development. Experienced in designing scalable architectures, backend services, database optimization, and secure integrations. Skilled in building custom solutions, automating workflows, deploying applications on AWS with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical delivery, scope initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure milestones are met. Build and optimize high-converting Shopify storefronts, including theme customization and performance enhancements. Develop custom integrations and middleware services to automate workflows and ensure data consistency. Design and evolve internal SaaS-style tools with scalable architecture and role-based permissions. Own backend services, database design, and API architecture, ensuring performance and security. Deploy and operate production systems on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring. Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to ship features and iterate based on data. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken) 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/ERP). Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial) 6+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or solution delivery roles. At least 3+ years of experience with .Net technologies 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). 4+ years of experience using SQL for data transformation and integration. 3+ years in senior or lead roles with mentoring responsibilities. Nice to Have 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Experience in solution architecture or involvement in technical design discussions. Background in consulting firms or IT services companies. Nearshore experience is a plus, though adaptability and openness are more important.
