Senior Ecommerce Coach

You've built an ecommerce business from nothing. You've felt the 2am spreadsheet panic, made the calls that actually moved the P&L, and come out the other side with scars and stories to prove it. This business supports product-based ecommerce founders through a structured coaching program. It's not theory-based coaching. It's real operators helping real founders solve real problems, in ad accounts, in P&Ls, and everywhere in between.

About the role

You'll work with growing ecommerce founders, helping them move toward their next major revenue milestone. Day to day, that means:

• Delivering coaching sessions, both in group settings and one-on-one, as part of a wider coaching team
• Getting hands-on inside ad accounts and P&Ls, auditing, diagnosing, and directing, without doing the execution work for them
• Contributing ideas and input into how the program's content and curriculum evolve
• Working with a broad range of members over time rather than a single fixed portfolio

Coaching capability can be developed on the job. What can't be taught is the real world scar tissue of having actually built and run a business.

What they're looking for

• 5 to 8+ years of genuine, hands-on ecommerce experience, this is not a theory-based role, you've actually been in the accounts and the P&L making the calls
• Still commercially "on the tools", not someone who has moved purely into managing agency relationships
• A natural communicator who can hold a room, in small settings and large
• Genuinely warm, empathetic, and low-ego. This is not a salesy environment

This background typically looks like one of the following:

• Founder: you've built and scaled a product-based ecommerce business to a significant revenue level, either exited or still running it alongside this role
• Head of Ecommerce: you've led a business through a genuine scale-up journey, navigated real growth (and real setbacks), and built a team around you along the way

Both paths are genuinely valued here, what matters most is that you've been hands-on in the trenches, not just overseeing from a distance.
