What you’ll do As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Instrumentation & Control Systems) in Gladstone you’ll contribute to projects and programs that support the future of the Qld Industrial Business . You will make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind. Lead the design and delivery of in strumentation, control, and communication systems across complex industrial projects Act as a trusted I&C technical specialist, advising on system architecture, integration, and best practice Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and process teams to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary solutions Mentor and develop less experienced engineers, building team capability and technical excellence Oversee project delivery, managing schedule, budget, quality, and risk Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning and growing project opportunities What you’ll bring Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering RPEQ (Electrical) or ITEE equivalent Minimum 10+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on instrumentation A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions How we support your growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
