Senior Email & SMS Retention Strategist - DTC Ecommerce (US-based/Remote)

About the role You will be joining a fast growing US based retention marketing agency that runs email and SMS programs for ecommerce brands. This is a leadership seat. Strategy and operations have been handled at the founder level until now, and the company is bringing in a senior strategist to take full ownership of it. What you'll do Own the overarching retention strategy for each client account, email and SMS Run weekly client calls and be the senior voice in the room Direct project managers, copywriters and designers, and make sure execution matches the strategy Review results and reporting, then decide what changes next Run internal team meetings and keep the team aligned Spot capacity gaps and flag hiring needs as the agency scales Day to day shifts with client needs, but most of your time goes to strategy, quality control on PM execution, and reporting. Senior experience building email and SMS retention strategy, agency side preferred Someone who presents well and can hold a room on a client call Ability to manage, coach and teach, not just execute Creative and adaptable, comfortable when priorities move Someone who wants to help steer the company alongside senior leadership Details Full-time, 100% remote Latin America based Remote Working for US Company Exposure to new technology & trend Competitive Salary
