The Role

We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented Senior Engagement Manager to lead enterprise AI implementation projects across our business.

This is a fast-paced delivery role where you will be in the driver’s seat from start to finish, managing timelines, risks and outcomes while keeping engagement momentum high.

You will bring a strong consulting background, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to deliver complex enterprise projects with precision and pace. You are someone who acts with urgency, anticipates risks before they surface and takes ownership to get things done.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI implementation projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and with high quality
• Manage project governance, scope and stakeholder expectations across complex enterprise environments
• Drive engagement cadence, maintaining clear communication and proactive issue management
• Anticipate and highlight risks early, ensuring mitigation plans are in place
• Take ownership for delivery timelines and hold accountability for the success of each engagement
• Partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and business value
• Drive consistency and quality across all engagements through structured project management practices
• Influence pace, elevate standards and create an environment where the team is always one step ahead

You will make a great fit if you have:

• Five years of experience in a combined Project Manager or Engagement Manager capacity within consulting or services organisations
• Experience implementing AI software or familiarity with AI software for business solutions.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum under pressure
• Proven success driving results through disciplined project management, clear communication and action orientation
• Experience in enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or Microsoft Teams
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
