Join iLabs Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in the similar capacity with BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with experience in designing and implementing production-grade applications. Hands-on experience with Java Springboot for building robust backend services and APIs. Knowledge of Microservices architecture, including service design, integration, and scalability. Experience with full-stack development, including React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks, and RESTful API integration. Practical experience with Databricks or similar data engineering platforms, data pipelines, and performance optimization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring. Ability to work collaboratively in an hybrid team environment, communicate clearly, and provide technical guidance to peers. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in agile development methodologies and an interest in staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.
