We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Load Balancing and DDoS Protection to support the operation and further development of business-critical datacenter and network infrastructure.

The role focuses primarily on Radware technologies, highly available production environments and the protection of complex enterprise networks against DDoS attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support critical production systems in complex datacenter environments
• Provide 3rd-level support, including advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex network incidents
• Design, implement and operate enterprise-grade load-balancing solutions
• Design, deploy and maintain DDoS protection and mitigation solutions
• Independently manage incident, problem and change management activities
• Analyze existing network environments and identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements
• Develop and implement stable, scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions
• Cooperate with infrastructure, network, security and operations teams

Required experience

• Several years of hands-on experience with Radware Alteon ADC and vADC
• Strong experience with Radware solutions in clustered datacenter environments
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 4 and Layer 7 server load balancing
• Practical experience with SSL offloading
• Deep hands-on experience with Radware DefensePro and DDoS mitigation
• Experience operating large-scale ISP, carrier or datacenter networks
• Strong background in 3rd-level network support and complex troubleshooting
• Experience with incident, problem and change management processes
• Ability to independently design and successfully implement technical solutions
• Good communication skills in English
