Role Description

The Senior Enterprise Growth Marketer is an role based in Canada responsible for driving awareness, demand, and revenue growth for Ranger’s enterprise offerings. This role drives the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at organizations in priority industries, including energy, manufacturing, contracting, and pharma. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining positioning and messaging, conducting market and customer research, building and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs, and partnering with sales to develop account-based initiatives and enablement materials. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, refining growth experiments, supporting customer lifecycle programs, and collaborating with product and leadership teams to align on go-to-market plans and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in Market Research, including competitive analysis, customer insights, and segmentation to inform strategy and campaigns.
• Background in Sales collaboration, such as supporting enterprise deal cycles, creating sales enablement assets, and contributing to account-based initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and execute Marketing Strategy, particularly for B2B enterprise products, with a focus on demand generation and growth.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on understanding customer needs, improving the customer journey, and supporting long-term relationships.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-driven platforms, ideally in industries such as energy, manufacturing, contracting, or pharma.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver results within contract timelines.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making, including use of analytics tools and experimentation to optimize marketing and growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record as a high-performing individual contributor rather than within heavily resourced teams

• Genuine fluency in enterprise marketing motions: account-based programs, long sales cycles(and how to shorten them), multi-stakeholder buying committees, and content that withstands technical and procurement scrutiny

• Career arc shaped by agency or digital-first startup environments, with comfort owning end-to-end execution and managing freelance and design resources directly

• Fluent and current in modern AI tools for marketing and operational work, with the ability to design and run AI-driven workflows rather than only execute surface-level prompting

• Strong written communication, editorial judgment, and COMMUNITY BUILDING!

• Industrial sector experience (energy, defense, manufacturing, pharma, petrochemical) is a plus but not required; vertical knowledge will be developed on the job

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS

• 90K - 120K base salary

• Variable compensation tied to business KPI
