About the Role You will help shape the Order-to-Cash landscape in two major ERP initiatives within a global manufacturer of trucks, buses, and power solutions. One program is transforming the industrial ERP backbone, while another is evolving the commercial ERP setup for wholesale and retail on Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a senior ERP Business Architect focused on O2C, you will work closely with business and program stakeholders to create end-to-end consistency across O2C and O2D, align with adjacent ERP processes, and keep the commercial target architecture on track. This role suits you if you enjoy connecting business priorities, process design, and architecture in a complex international environment. What makes it especially interesting is the chance to influence global process and ERP decisions across both SAP S/4HANA and Dynamics 365. Job Description You will represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D processes from both a business process and architecture perspective. You will guide design decisions so they support business goals, efficiency, scalability, and established industry practices. You will partner with realization leads to move work forward with pragmatic, results-focused solutions. You will support Business Process Owners in defining, documenting, and governing global processes and templates. You will handle O2C-related change requests and help drive change management within the program. You will collaborate with process developers, cross-program streams, stakeholders, and the service integrator to secure seamless end-to-end integration. You will identify business impacts when processes are aligned with industry standards and communicate those impacts clearly. Requirements 8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments Documented ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools, with ARIS currently used Ability to balance business objectives, architectural principles, and practical delivery needs Fluent English, spoken and written Nice to have University degree, preferably in Computer Science What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
