Main responsibilities: Drive the functional transformation of the Finance domain during the global SAP S/4HANA rollout across multiple countries Act as the main Finance point of contact , connecting Finance stakeholders, Digital teams, and project leaders Ensure global process harmonization by applying and protecting the Finance core model and standards Translate business needs into clear, scalable functional solutions through workshops and collaborative design sessions Support ERP delivery activities from design to go‑live, including testing phases and hypercare Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure Finance solutions integrate smoothly with other business systems Contribute to governance, decision‑making, and continuous improvement of the Finance ERP landscape About you: Experience : You have 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least one full-cycle global SAP S/4HANA transformation.​We need you've experimented hands‑on experience contributing to ERP Finance transformations, ideally in complex or international environments. You should have deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas: Finance Performance & Reporting Controlling: Comprehensive expertise in Industrial and Commercial controlling. Accounts to Report (A2R), Source to Pay (S2P). Customer invoicing to cash (CI2C) ICO & International Flow Management (IFM) Consolidation Treasury management. Tax Management and Payroll integration. Finance & ERP knowledge : You bring solid functional understanding of Finance processes and SAP‑based solutions, including end‑to‑end Finance flows. Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including experience with the transition from legacy systems like SAP CEP or Unity. S trong functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant: SAP FI-GL, SAP FI-AA, SAP CLM (REFX for lease accounting), S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal), SAP DRC for legal reporting, Taxes, Period-end closing, SAP AR and AP, SAP CO integration with FI-GL. Collaboration skills : You are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and influencing without direct authority Autonomy : You are able to work independently, take ownership, and drive topics forward in a structured way Problem‑solving mindset : You approach challenges analytically and focus on practical, sustainable solutions. Communication : Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership. Entrepreneurship & result orientation. Languages : Fluent in English ​ Preferred Qualifications Experience with integration platforms (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence. Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. Exposure to data governance, master data concepts, and reporting tools. Collaboration with Digital Teams Engage with Architecture, Integration, and Data teams to ensure that Finance landscape & applications follow best practices in design, integration patterns, security, and data management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise architecture and integration standards.
