Senior Estimator

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely estimates in support of company revenue, margin, and backlog objectives. Location : LATAM 100% Remote . Working hours are based on the US Central Daylight Time Zone. Essential Job Functions: ● Prepare estimates in accordance with company standards and procedures. ● Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify quantities, assumptions, and exclusions. ● Develop estimates using approved tools, systems, and templates. ● Participate in bid strategy discussions and scope reviews. ● Identify scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating risks. ● Support pursuit and proposal efforts through accurate, timely estimating input. Required Education and Experience: ● 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related discipline. ● Demonstrated understanding of estimating processes and procedures. ● Experience working with estimating software and takeoff tools. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ● 100% remote office environment with high-speed internet What We Offer: Competitive compensation paid in USD. 20 days of paid time off (PTO) per year.
