What you’ll be doing In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects, ensuring successful execution from briefing to close. Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and advising on project strategy, delivery, and best practices. Drive collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulations. Own project governance, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting. Anticipate challenges, manage escalation points, and confidently navigate high-pressure situations and last-minute changes. Mentor and support team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the business. What you’ll bring (We really mean it. Experience & skills 8–10+ years of event project management experience within an event agency , including extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Germany and internationally. Proven experience managing complex, international projects, multiple stakeholders, and significant event budgets. Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of delegate management tools, particularly Cvent , and strong operational project management skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and German .
