Senior Executive

This role is a Back Office Insurance Operations position supporting Zurich Australia’s Motor Insurance business . The employee will process new business and renewal transactions, prepare and update policy-related information, collaborate with underwriters and brokers, maintain workflow systems, and ensure high-quality, timely processing while adhering to insurance guidelines and service standards. The position requires strong insurance knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Gather and update information required for new business setup and policy renewals . Review incoming requests and interpret information needed for processing. Structure and prepare data for underwriters to support quotation activities. Issue policy schedules and related documents to brokers for new business and renewals. Review policy terms and support renewal decisions. Update workflow systems and route cases to underwriters for approvals and reviews. Follow underwriting guidelines, process instructions, and escalation protocols. Must-Have Skills Insurance Coverage knowledge Secondary Data Analysis Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to understand and interpret special instructions. Experience handling high transaction volumes and identifying cases requiring escalation. Process Skills Balance quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT). Good decision-making and judgment.
