Responsible for end-to-end accounting for properties, ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance with internal controls, and timely reporting. The role involves journal postings, reconciliations, invoicing, payables, payment authorization, and client query management, while maintaining cadence discipline and delivering monthly and quarterly reporting packs. Process invoices (PO and non-PO) and manage payables. Authorize payments within defined limits. Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packs and complete quarterly reporting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all submissions. Cash Flow Management: Handle simple cash flow activities and monitor property-level transactions. Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for transactional queries. Maintain professional communication and escalate complex issues to MA/SMA.
