We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Conducts workplace risk assessments and inspections, documenting hazards and corrective actions. • Implements HSE procedures, policies, and training, ensuring compliance with local regulations. • Leads incident investigations, prepares reports, and ensures corrective measures are tracked. • Maintains health and safety records, audit evidence, and statutory documentation. • Supports emergency response planning, drills, and readiness reviews. • Prepares HSE metrics and dashboards, analyzing trends and recommending improvements. • Coordinates employee engagement, certification programs, and external audits to drive a safety-first culture.
