Senior Fail-Operational Systems Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Fail-Operational Systems Engineer, you will design and develop highly resilient, fault-tolerant systems that guarantee continuous operation under critical conditions. You will apply engineering rigor to optimize software reliability and execution speed, ensuring that our systems withstand failures seamlessly.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement robust, low-latency systems capable of continuous execution during hardware or software faults.
• Optimize concurrency, memory management, and overall system execution for high-demand, real-time environments.
• Develop comprehensive automated testing suites and debugging frameworks to proactively identify and resolve systemic vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate failsafe protocols and structural resilience across platforms.
• Establish rigorous development practices for distributed systems operating under stringent safety and performance standards.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in modern C++ programming and systems-level development.
• Strong hands-on experience with concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of debugging, automated testing, and Linux environments.
• Practical experience with distributed or real-time systems.
