💼 The Role

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision support. This role will transform complex financial data into actionable insights for management and business teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and business performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and business cases.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and identify key financial drivers.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business performance.
• Support strategic planning, investment decisions, and commercial initiatives.
• Evaluate projects, business opportunities, and financial proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, financial risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations and management reports.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and senior leadership teams.
• Improve financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools.
• Provide clear recommendations based on financial and operational data.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance-analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, profitability, and business performance.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
