Highly prefer candidate to be willing to work Pacific Hours ** As a successful candidate, you will: This position plays a key support role by providing accurate and timely financial information, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and partnering with clinical operations to improve key financial insights. This role will also require a strong financial analytical background, as this person will be responsible for the integrity of various financial statement components performing analysis of clinical volumes and financial data, including creating/maintaining data infrastructure for deeper analysis at each service line level. This position will work closely with various clinical operations teams to ensure that financials and year-to-go projections are aligned upon against year-end targets. Plan, prepare and analyze monthly volume and financial reporting for Medical Center Hospital and Clinical Network sites. Proactive identification and analysis of business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions. Perform review of financial statements, which will require an in-depth month-end review with key stakeholders to ensure financial performance. Support manager in preparation of presentations for Leadership and Board of Directors, ad-hoc analysis including building, testing, and maintenance of various dashboards and data infrastructure Coordinate multiple deliverables and act as an ambassador across teams to ensure accuracy of financial statements Collaborate with clinical operations to identify actionable and quantifiable actions to achieve financial performance. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Your qualifications should include: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
