Position’s Objective & Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic business partner to the Korea leadership team by providing financial planning, business analytics, performance reporting, and decision support. This role is responsible for supporting forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning (3-year planning horizon), management reporting, and business performance analysis while partnering closely with Commercial teams. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Finance, Business Planning, Commercial Analytics, and Executive Decision Support within a fast-growing healthcare technology organization. Key Roles and Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead annual Budget, Forecast, and Long Range Management (LRM) processes Prepare and coordinate detailed departmental budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts Perform variance analysis and identify business risks and opportunities Monitor operating expenses and support cost management initiatives Participate in month-end close activities in partnership with Accounting teams Ensure financial reporting accuracy and address reporting-related inquiries from Corporate, APAC, and business stakeholders Support investment planning and resource allocation decisions through financial analysis and business modeling Commercial Analytics & Business Performance Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting packages Monitor key business metrics including procedures, system placements, utilization, productivity, and commercial performance Support customer ROI analysis, benchmarking, and business case development Maintain and enhance business analytics tools to support Commercial teams Participate in business review meetings and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making Translate business performance trends into actionable recommendations for leadership teams Reporting, Automation & Business Intelligencess Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and regional Finance teams to develop and enhance reporting solutions Lead monthly closing, quarterly forecast, annual budget, and LRM reporting processes and coordinate communication with Corporate Finance teams Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process simplification Develop Tableau dashboards and analytical tools to improve business visibility and decision-making Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting governance across business functions Cross-functional Partnerships Build strong working relationships with Commercial, Marketing, and all enabling stakeholders Serve as a trusted business partner by providing proactive insights and recommendations Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects through analytical and financial expertise Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives Effectively communicate financial and business insights to leadership teams and key stakeholders Qualifications Required Minimum 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Planning, Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Consulting, or related functions Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Experience interacting with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar tools Experience working with large datasets and business reporting tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Fluent in Korean and English Preferred Experience supporting commercial organizations and business leadership teams Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Sciences, Technology, or Consulting industry experience Experience developing dashboards, business intelligence solutions, or analytical tools Customer-facing analytical support or business consulting experience Experience supporting commercial organizations and business leadership teams Intuitive는 고용 기회 균등 고용주입니다. 당사는 인종, 성별, 임신 여부, 성적 지향, 성 정체성, 출신 국가, 피부색, 연령, 종교, 국가 보훈 대상자, 장애 여부, 유전 정보 또는 연방, 주 또는 현지 관련 법률에 따라 보호받는 기타 모든 지위에 관계없이 자격을 갖춘 모든 지원자 및 직원에게 동등한 고용 기회를 제공하며 모든 유형의 차별과 괴롭힘을 금지합니다. 당사는 기회 균등법에 따라 범죄 및 유죄 판결 기록이 있는 고용 자격을 갖춘 지원자를 고려할 것입니다. 본 직책은 사업상 필요 및/또는 선정된 후보자의 경험, 지식 및 기술에 따라 여기 명시된 직급과 다른 직급으로 채용될 수 있습니다. 급여 및 보수는 관련 법률에 따라, 주로 채용이 이루어진 직급 및 후보자의 자격 요건을 기준으로 결정됩니다.
