About the Role We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer to work closely with our enterprise clients and internal product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. This is a highly client-facing, execution-driven role that blends engineering, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our AI platform - understanding business requirements, integrating systems, deploying models, and ensuring successful adoption and outcomes. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions at client sites, from requirement gathering to production rollout. Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during onboarding and delivery phases. Translate business problems into technical solutions using AI models, APIs, and system integrations. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and deployment pipelines using Go and Python. Integrate third-party tools, platforms, and data sources using REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. Customize AI workflows, prompts, and pipelines to meet client-specific use cases. Debug, optimize, and monitor deployed systems to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and engineering teams to provide client feedback and improve platform capabilities. Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and deployment guides. Support pre-sales efforts when required by providing technical demonstrations and solution design inputs. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery or forward deployment roles. Strong proficiency in regional languages, especially Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.​ Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills Strong hands-on coding experience in Go and Python. Excellent understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, and production AI systems. Proven experience working with APIs, system integrations, microservices, and cloud-based deployments. Strong grasp of RESTful services, authentication methods, data pipelines, and event-driven systems. Exceptional communication and client-handling skills – able to explain complex technical topics to non technical stakeholders. Experience working directly with enterprise customers or external clients in delivery-focused roles. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Willingness to travel to client sites (intra-city and inter-city), as required. Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
