Financial Planning & Analysis Team at Lead The Financial Planning & Analysis team ensures Lead's future by turning financial and operational data into actionable business strategy. Working closely with all team heads, they are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, performance reporting, and strategic advising. They provide executive leaders with insight into all investments and growth initiatives, bringing clarity to complex decision-making. Their work guarantees that the company allocates resources thoughtfully and executes against its goals. Role Description: We are looking to hire an FP&A Senior Analyst to join a growing team of finance and accounting professionals. The successful candidate will join our FP&A team, and play a crucial role in providing financial insights to stakeholders, supporting planning and forecasting activities, and contributing to the build and development of FP&A tools, all while working in a fast-paced environment for a growing company.
