About the role Fresh Clinics is building the operational and compliance infrastructure that lets nurses and doctors launch and run leading cosmetic injectable clinics — underpinned by a world-class software platform, medical compliance support and a fantastic community. We're recognised as one of Australia's fastest-growing tech companies, and our ambition is to become the number one Medical Infrastructure as a Service company in both Australia and the US. You'll own the FP&A function end to end, while building the planning, reporting and decision support capabilities of Fresh news for its next stage of growth. What you'll do Lead long-range financial model, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts, helping translate company strategy into clear financial targets and investment guardrails. Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform executive tradeoffs across growth, profitability, and capital efficiency. Own cash flow and working capital forecasting and support capital management, ensuring the business maintains financial flexibility while supporting growth. Own the monthly performance and management reporting cycle, providing clear insight into performance versus plan, underlying drivers, risks, opportunities and required actions. Partner with functional leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes, challenge assumptions and improve accountability for performance against plan. Support Investor engagement and Board communications, preparing high-quality materials that synthesize financial performance, risks, opportunities, and forward outlook. Own and continuously improve FP&A tooling, reporting architecture and financial data models, leveraging automation and AI to improve speed, accuracy and decision support. We'd love you to have Strong FP&A and Strategic Finance experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with demonstrated experience building or materially improving budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes. Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations. You combine strategic thinking with a bias for action and build trust through curiosity and follow-through. You have embraced AI and enjoy building and improving systems, processes and ways of working, not just maintaining them.
