Senior Front-End Developer (React) at BairesDev

Lead the development of exceptional user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, focusing on building scalable applications, establishing frontend architecture standards, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop complex React applications with focus on performance and maintainability.

- Lead frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices for the development team.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers in React development and frontend technologies.

- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Drive code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and optimization initiatives.

- Evaluate and implement new frontend tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance development capabilities.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience with React and frontend development.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Extensive experience with state management, performance optimization, and testing.

- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.

- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Advanced level of English.
