About the role & team 📍Barcelona Behind every subscription, payment, refund, invoice or payroll process, there’s our Financial Services team owning the systems that move money across our platform. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership from idea to impact, and is excited to shape product decisions as the frontend voice within the team. This is a role for someone who wants to influence what we build, how we build it, and the business outcomes behind it. 🎯 What will be your impact: You'll work across products supporting: Subscriptions & billing → recurring revenue and payment setup experiences. Member-to-studio payments → checkout flows, passes, compliance and payment processing. Teacher payroll systems → enabling studios to manage compensation at scale. Invoicing, refunds, disputes, compliance and cash management. International expansion initiatives, adapting products to local payment regulations and financial requirements. But beyond the domain itself you'll help drive a major back-office revamp, using new technologies, fresh foundations, fresh design system and modern frontend patterns. 🛠 Tech Stack Frontend: React • TypeScript • Monorepos • Module Federation Backend: Python • Django • FastAPI • Celery Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL • Redis • RabbitMQ • Kafka Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS • Terraform • Kubernetes • Docker • Helm • ArgoCD 🌟You would be great fit if you have: Strong experience with React and TypeScript Experience with Redux, React Query, monorepos and micro frontends Strong communication skills in english: you'll work directly with Product, Finance and Customer Success teams, translating technical decisions into business impact and helping shape priorities beyond engineering. We highly value people who built products from scratch, or even have founder experience who know how to make smart trade-offsand move forward without a playbook.
