Senior Full-Stack Developer

OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we are crafting simple yet powerful diagnostic and customization tools for car lovers globally. And we need your help to keep moving forward. What You’ll Do Build and improve our website and e-commerce platform using Vue.js, React, Next.js, Symfony/Sylius, and modern tooling. Work with marketing, design, and product to turn ideas and requirements into solid, practical features. Take ownership of changes end-to-end - from planning and development to testing, deployment, and follow-up improvements. Continuously improve performance, reliability, observability, and the overall developer experience across the web stack. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that follows good engineering practices. Use AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow to speed up development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test creation - while critically reviewing and validating all outputs. Help define and improve engineering standards, and contribute to raising the technical bar across the team. What We Expect From You Strong experience with PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue.js/React/Next.js). Comfortable working with production systems: SQL, Redis, message queues, caching, and performance tuning. Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Solid testing practices (unit, integration, and performance testing). Comfortable using AI coding tools, including writing effective prompts, iterating on generated solutions, and integrating AI-assisted code into a production-quality codebase. Able to design simple, scalable solutions and improve existing systems without overcomplicating things. Strong sense of business impact and ownership; proactive, communicate clearly, and work well across teams. Keep up with modern tools and approaches and be open to learning new ones. Fluent in Lithuanian and professionally proficient in English. Nice to Have Experience with Symfony/Sylius or other e‑commerce frameworks. Background working on high‑traffic web platforms or growth‑focused marketing environments. Knowledge of observability tooling (logs, metrics, tracing, alerting). Experience with cloud migrations, refactoring legacy services, or improving CI/CD pipelines. Gross salary in a range: 5700 - 8000 € gross/month (depends on your experience)
