Senior Full-Stack Developer (React.js / Python)

We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of software engineering experience in React.js (with TypeScript/JavaScript) and Python. You will join our client's innovative, growing team on a mission to unleash the power of culture for growing organizational brands at a time of global, seismic cultural transformation.

You will participate in the complete software development process from conception to deployment of our client's world class data and insights platform. You will work closely with product, engineering and UX leads providing a critical voice in providing solutions to complex workflows and user experiences.

You will build upon our client's next generation, front-end user experience connecting it to and enhancing the backend data pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Research and Development team, including software engineers, data scientists and product managers ideating software solutions
• Collaborate on designing client- and server-side architecture
• Develop and manage functional, scalable databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency with ownership on what is developed
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Collaborate with a diverse and international team

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
• 5+ years of front-end development experience building front-end applications with React.js, preferably using TypeScript
• 3+ years of back-end development experience using Python
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end libraries and frameworks
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure for application infrastructure
• Experience building modular, reusable UI components and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems and UI/UX principles
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating applications with relational databases
• Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mind
• Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a broader team, with ownership of feature software development
• Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Preferred Experience

• University degree in computer science, statistics, or relevant field
• Experience working with Snowflake
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI
• Experience with WordPress and PHP
• Experience working with products in the context of AI and ML (MCPs, AI Agents, Classification Models)
