About the role You’ll be joining the Integrations Hub team in Bulgaria. We’re the ones responsible for the "glue" that connects OfficeRnD to the rest of the world - think Payment Gateways (Stripe, Authorize.Net), Access Control (Brivo, Kisi), and Accounting (Xero, QuickBooks). We’re constantly balancing between infrastructure modernization and portfolio expansion. You’ll collaborate with Product managers, engineers, and partners to grow our integrations ecosystem and deliver reliable, seamless connections between OfficeRnD and external services and platforms. What you’ll do From the first API design to the final automated test, you’re in the driver’s seat Help us move integrations out of the monolith and into our new NestJS/TypeScript stack Explore and implement AI-powered features to automate data mapping, improve sync error detection, and enhance vendor API interactions Debugging production syncs or handling unknown webhook channels is part of the job - we focus on reliability and idempotency Work closely with PMs and other engineers to turn business needs into technical solutions that actually work Push for high engineering standards and mentor less experienced engineers Mindset & ways of working Strong ownership mindset - you take end-to-end responsibility and consistently deliver reliable, well-thought-through solutions Product-oriented thinking - you build with long-term maintainability, scalability, and user impact in mind Continuous learning mindset and willingness to grow together with the team - actively developing your skills while contributing to the team’s collective knowledge Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving - you identify challenges early, communicate clearly, and work effectively with others to find solutions Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement What to bring 5+ years in full-stack development, preferably with cloud-based SaaS Driven by continuous learning, an AI-first approach, thorough documentation habits, and proactive identification of operational risks Strong proficiency in Node.js (NestJS is a huge plus) and TypeScript You’re comfortable with schema design and MongoDB You understand software design principles and how to build production-ready systems Familiarity with modern JS frameworks (preferably React) Mobile development experience is considered an advantage What we offer Premium health insurance, including dental coverage 25 days of annual paid leave An additional day off to celebrate your birthday 3 paid volunteering days per year Full compensation for the first 3 days of sick leave Hybrid work model (minimum 40% of monthly working time onsite) Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyle Learning and development opportunities Regular team events and celebrations to foster connection and collaboration If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to talk!
