Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java + React)

The team specializes in modern architecture, AI and machine learning integration, cloud and SecOps, and data engineering for industries such as Fintech, Financial Services, Healthtech, and Commerce.

At ExergyIQ we're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a team building a portfolio management platform used by leading financial institutions.

This is a true full-stack role, although Java will be your primary focus. You'll also be working with React, building new features across the platform and helping shape technical solutions together with a senior engineering team.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong commercial experience with Java

• Hands-on experience with React in production

• Solid computer science fundamentals and an engineering mindset

• Great communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers

Experience in FinTech, wealth management, or portfolio/risk management would be a big advantage.

Experience with C# is nice to have, but not essential.

Location: Poland, remote.
