Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails, React) at BairesDev

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design and implement robust, end-to-end web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences. You will take ownership of both front-end and back-end developments, driving technical excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable code.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, ensuring high responsiveness and elegant user interfaces.

- Develop, optimize, and document secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between backend and frontend systems.

- Manage asynchronous processes and background tasks to ensure efficient application performance and smooth user workflows.

- Write clean, comprehensive unit tests for both client-side and server-side code to ensure long-term stability and reliability.

- Support and refine automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and improve development lifecycle efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript.

- Strong experience building RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming.

- Solid understanding of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
