Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote – India Experience: 5+ Years Work Hours: EST Time Zone About the Role We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for our client , a product-focused technology company working with North American clients. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience and enjoy building production-grade applications, solving complex engineering problems, and taking ownership of features from development through production. Key Responsibilities Build and own features end-to-end. Develop scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript . Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS . Design and integrate REST APIs. Work with PostgreSQL/SQL databases. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Collaborate with North American engineering teams. Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. Required Skills 5+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js . Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills. Experience with Next.js . Experience with Express.js and/or NestJS . Strong understanding of REST APIs. Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL . Experience building production-grade applications. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently in a startup/product environment. Nice to Have AWS or other cloud experience. Docker. CI/CD. Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or similar observability tools. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
