The project and the team You will work on a workplace management platform trusted by enterprise customers to manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and shared workplace resources. You will be a hands-on Lead Engineer , responsible for setting the technical direction and helping build the next generation of the platform. You’ll join a small team and take ownership of the stack from day one, spending most of your time writing production code while also owning architecture, cloud infrastructure, engineering standards, and overall technical direction. Your role Own feature delivery end to end across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure Own technical direction and architecture while remaining a hands-on contributor Build workplace experiences spanning desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, analytics, and interactive floorplans Design and maintain integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe Operate and improve GCP infrastructure: deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability Modernize an established enterprise platform while maintaining the reliability the customers depend on Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver quickly Define engineering standards, mentor engineers, and build the team as we hire You’ll have broad ownership across the platform and the autonomy to improve systems where you see opportunities Do we have a match? As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you must meet the following criteria: 7+ years building production SaaS applications Strong experience with React and TypeScript Strong experience with Node.js Working comfort in Python and Django Experience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS in production, on MySQL or a comparable relational database Strong grounding in secure API design Experience operating production cloud infrastructure (we use Google Cloud Platform, though comparable AWS or Azure experience transfers well) A track record of owning production incidents from alert through resolution Hands-on approach with comfort moving between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and customer conversations Experience incorporating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications Good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level) Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the following nice-to-haves: Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, or other enterprise collaboration platforms Enterprise scheduling, workplace management, or facilities software Startup or early-stage company experience More reasons to join us Flexible working hours and approach to work: fully remotely, in the office, or hybrid Professional growth supported by internal training sessions and a training budget Solid onboarding with a hands-on approach to give you an easy start A great atmosphere among professionals who are passionate about their work The ability to change the project you work on Department Observability Division Locations Brazil Remote status Fully Remote Level Senior
