Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role This is a ground-floor opportunity on an early engineering team at an AI-native fintech SaaS company building modern financial planning and analysis software. You will work closely with technical leadership to design and ship features that have a direct, meaningful impact on the product and the finance teams who rely on it every day. What You'll Do Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap. Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end. Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack. Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture. Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture. Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. Strong experience building frontends with React; balanced full-stack or strongly frontend-focused backgrounds are a great fit. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience using MongoDB as an application database. Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and delivering end-to-end solutions independently. Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to work remotely from the Americas and thrive in a distributed team environment. Interest in AI-focused product engineering is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location Fully remote, open to candidates based in Canada or the United States.
