What You'll do: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Generative AI solutions; - Optimize data pipelines for efficient integration of GenAI models; - Contribute to strategic digital transformation projects focused on Generative AI; - Prepare datasets and build prototypes for enterprise GenAI applications; - I ndependently develop GenAI-powered applications (OpenAI, AI Search); - Independently develop Microsoft Copilot-based solutions (desirable); - Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: - Solid experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG) , and enterprise-level implementations; - S trong Python skills with frameworks/libraries for AI, plus backend experience with FastAPI; - Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud & Azure OpenAI , including AI Services (TTS, STT, OCR, Embeddings), CosmosDB, Data Factory, Databricks, and serverless (Functions, Logic Apps); - Experience with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph), content safety (Guardrails), and observability (LangFuse); - Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps & MLOps pipelines (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure Key Vault); - (Nice to have) Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Graph API integration); - Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills; - Portuguese Speaker.
