About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Civil Engineer to join our Engineering Team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of mining, geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil infrastructure projects across Latin America and internationally. This role is intended for a highly skilled professional with 15+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, mine waste management, and project leadership. The successful candidate will provide technical oversight, mentor engineering teams, manage multidisciplinary projects, and support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from conceptual studies to detailed design, construction, operation, and closure. The Senior Geotechnical Civil Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers of Record (EORs), technical specialists, and clients to deliver technically sound, risk-based solutions that meet industry standards and business objectives. This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To Lead geotechnical and civil engineering projects for mining and infrastructure developments. Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout all phases of project delivery. Manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management activities. Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of technical talent within the organization. Support business development efforts, proposals, and client engagement initiatives. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has Degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering Registration (CIP) Master's Degree or Postgraduate Specialization in Geotechnical Engineering, Geomechanics, Mining Engineering, Risk Management, or related discipline preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical, mining, and civil engineering projects. Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex engineering projects. Strong knowledge of geotechnical design, mine waste facilities, and industry best practices. Proficiency with industry-standard engineering and project management software. Advanced English communication skills; Portuguese is considered an asset.
