Senior Global Meetings Project Manager

Location: Canton, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid) In this position, you’ll be based in the Canton or New York office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. The share registry function sits within Issuer service business unit which has portfolio of products and services included in the Meetings capability this encompasses end-to-end shareholder and investor meeting services, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and Investor Relations (IR) events. Across the full meeting lifecycle of regulatory compliant proxy setup, through to live meeting delivery and vote tabulation. A role you will love The Meetings Sr Project Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of cross-functional and multi-regional projects within the meetings business. The role establishes governance, coordinates workstreams, and ensures initiatives are aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes. The senior project manager enables informed, data-driven decision making by senior leaders through disciplined reporting, risk management, and delivery cadence. Success requires strong project management fundamentals, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. Key responsibilities: Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures Coordinate functions including technology, operations, legal, risk, client services and change management as well as the business to achieve program objectives for the business Identify, track, and escalate program risks, issues, and critical decisions and ensure ownership and accountability Own and run delivery meetings and provide comprehensive reporting on a regular basis Lead executive management reporting and Steering Committee meetings by providing meaningful data and decision papers Enable subject matter experts to focus on delivery through strong coordination and program discipline Define, measure, manage, and improve processes to achieve operational excellence and quality within the project Encourage and promote a continuous improvement and quality culture across the workstreams; ensure compliance with all CPU policies, requirements, and values What will you bring to the role? The typical base pay range for this role is $145K - $200K USD. This base pay range is specific to the New York location and may not be applicable to other locations. This salary is specific to Canton and a direct currency conversion will not be representative of salaries in our other global locations.
