Join our team to reshape digital logistics through our Cargo Delivery Platform, a core product that drives real operational value in cargo transport and delivery. As a Senior Golang Engineer, you’ll build and evolve event-driven, scalable services that connect business, carriers, customers, and systems across Europe and China — ensuring reliable, efficient delivery flows. You’ll work in a focused, product-oriented agile team that owns the platform end-to-end — from design to production. We value engineers who take full ownership, are proactive, thrive on autonomy, bring deep understanding of Go best practices, performance optimization, and distributed architecture with a strong interest in tackling the challenges of large‑scale logistics systems and delivering reliable, high‑impact solutions. Here, your work directly impacts users, delivery speed, and business outcomes. Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the core Cargo Delivery Platform logic using Go. Design, build, and support RESTful APIs that integrate internal and external systems. Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, shaping integration patterns across the enterprise platform. Take ownership of features from design through deployment, ensuring long‑term reliability and maintainability. Uphold high code quality standards through automated testing, peer reviews, and best practices. Collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers to deliver reliable features in an Agile environment. Requirements: Strong expertise in Golang, with proven experience delivering production‑grade backend systems. Proficient in system design and enterprise architectures: CQRS, event‑driven, or microservice patterns. You bring solid hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems, including debugging and tracing across services. Hands-on experience with AWS, including containerization, and CI/CD automation. Strong knowledge of SQL databases, schema design, and query optimization. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, with a solution-oriented approach. You are a self-driven and accountable professional with a strong Agile mindset— someone who takes ownership from concept to delivery and drives progress without waiting for direction. You excel at breaking down complex problems into iterative, achievable deliverables and ensuring committed outcomes. What will make you stand out: Have full‑stack experience with React or Next.js, enabling you to contribute to end‑to‑end feature delivery. Strong hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Bring solid DevOps skills, including infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling. Have exposure to Elasticsearch or similar search technologies. Possess domain knowledge in logistics, cargo delivery, supply chain, or enterprise systems. We offer: Monthly salary ranges from 4000 EUR to 6000 EUR gross. In addition, each employee of the Everwest company receives a package of additional benefits, which include: Growth opportunities: professional and supportive team, leadership development programs. The opportunity to improve by participating in both internal and external training; Modern office: Modern and ergonomically equipped office, with recreation areas, outdoor terraces, and a gym. The restaurant in which, exclusive prices for employees apply; Recognition and awards: a day off in the month of the birthday, as well as gifts during the holidays or on the anniversary of working in the company. Various events of the company, the election of the best employees of the company, as well as like-minded clubs operating on the initiative of employees.
