Our client, a fast-growing performance marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist / Strategist to drive paid media strategy for diverse international clients across the eCommerce, SaaS, and lead generation sectors.

Taking strategic ownership of multiple client portfolios, you will manage large-scale campaigns, troubleshoot complex tracking setups, and build scalable internal processes to elevate the agency's overall search function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise large-scale Google Ads accounts, focusing on Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Execute full-funnel paid media strategies to meet specific CPA, ROAS, CAC, and pipeline targets.
• Audit existing client accounts to identify performance bottlenecks and build actionable improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking and attribution issues across GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Centre, Shopify, and various CRMs.
• Develop internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting dashboards to raise the operational quality of the search department.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to align paid search execution with broader cross-channel media strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience within an agency environment.
• Proven track record managing high-volume monthly ad budgets (exceeding $200k) across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Deep technical understanding of Google Merchant Centre, product feeds, GA4, GTM, and complex conversion tracking.
• Demonstrated experience driving profitable growth in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate platform data into strategic business decisions.
