Senior Graphic Design Manager - Remote

We are hiring a Senior Web & Graphic Designer to lead brand communication, marketing design, and web creative initiatives for Savant Labs. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled design functions in B2B SaaS startups and can create impactful digital and visual experiences. Website: https://savantlabs.io/ Requirements 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Marketing Design Strong experience working with B2B SaaS startups Experience building or scaling a design function in a startup for 2+ years Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, marketing assets, presentations, infographics, and digital creatives Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, typography, and communication design Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive design tools such as After Effects or Lottie Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, customer success, and web developers Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or related field preferred Responsibilities Design high-quality brand and marketing assets across digital and print channels Create presentations, case studies, banner ads, blog graphics, infographics, and campaign creatives Design and improve web pages, landing pages, and interactive web experiences Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver compelling visual communication Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of web designs Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing assets Contribute to campaign concepts, storytelling, and creative direction Support interactive initiatives such as ROI calculators, maturity models, and digital engagement experiences Stay updated with modern design trends, motion design, and creative technologies Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment Job Details Remote / India Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with US-based teams during late evening hours, with overlap extending up to 2–3 AM IST when required Interview Process Recruiter Screening Hiring Manager Discussion Portfolio Review Round Cross-functional Stakeholder Round Final Leadership Round Important Note ClanX is a recruitment partner, helping Savant Labs hire Senior Web & Graphic Designer.
