Your Mission Bring Koinz’s brand to life through bold, engaging, and culturally relevant visual storytelling across every touchpoint. You’ll shape how millions of users experience Koinz by turning ideas, campaigns, and product moments into impactful designs that drive engagement and brand love. What You’ll Own Design visually compelling and cohesive graphics for a wide range of digital assets, including app interfaces, websites, social media content, performance ads, presentations, and partner-facing materials. Create and adapt design materials for both online and offline channels, including flyers, roll-ups, in-store branding, packaging, and printed collateral when needed. Ensure all designs reflect Koinz’s brand identity and maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across every touchpoint. Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop visuals that support campaign objectives, product launches, and brand-building initiatives. Take ownership of Koinz’s visual identity and contribute to building and scaling the brand in a fast-paced startup environment. Translate ideas, campaigns, and product features into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs that contribute to user engagement and business growth. Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to continuously elevate the quality of Koinz’s visual output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously—from concept exploration to final delivery—while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Who You Are 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design. A highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented designer who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. Passionate about building brands from the ground up and creating visually engaging user experiences. A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, with familiarity in offline and print design considered a valuable plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Experience in motion graphics or animation is a strong advantage. Experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools. Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile startup environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
